Some 25 years later, we&#8217;re not even close. Do not despair, though. Tel Aviv and its surrounding suburbs are meshed with regular bus lines, that can get you relatively easily to most places you need to get to.<\/p>\n<p>Not surprisingly, there&#8217;s a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moovitapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">highly recommended app<\/a> that can help with finding your way around Tel Aviv&#8217;s buses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that buses stop at around midnight, with night buses that run every half an hour on Thursday and Saturday nights, or on all nights during summer. Also, there are no buses running from Friday late afternoon to Saturday evening.<\/p>\n<p>You can use instead &#8220;sherut&#8221; (shared taxis), those yellow minibuses, which run all the time, including nights and Saturdays. Their routes follow bus lines 4 and 5, going from the Central Bus Station to Tel Aviv Port and to Arlozorov Central Train Station, respectively.
