What is the polish culinary week<\/a>? The Polish Israel Institute Invites you to experience a Culinary new level that will Redefine the term “Polish cuisine”. This is the second year for this great week, to participate in a journey back to the world of Polish food. This time it will offer a dozens of culinary and cultural events, held in Tel Aviv and in different places around the country, such as: Bread and memory performance with the direction of chef-baker Erez Komorowski and featured the best bakers in the country, pastry chef of Polish-Tatar-Muslim, vodka and herring party, Guest chefs from Poland, Pop Up Restaurant dedicated to \u201cgefilte fish\u201d famous polish dish and many more surprises to be expected.<\/p>\n

The Polish cuisine is a mixture of Slavic culinary traditions and culinary influences of other people. born as a combination of different culinary traditions, a various regions of Poland and neighboring cultures, influenced by Turkish culinary traditions, German, Hungarian, Jewish and French, or from the kitchens of the former colonial rulers (Russia, Austria and Prussia). Polish cuisine is a rich kitchen components: meat of all kinds, as well as different kinds of noodles and dumplings.<\/p>\n

Some famous restaurants and bars (Pas\u00e1\u017e Allenby, Lumina, joz ve loz, Minzar) \u00a0in Tel Aviv will host Israeli & polish chefs to create a new polish cuisine dishes. For the line up check here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
