Open house tel aviv 2015 is an urban event that takes place once a year, during a long weekend (Thursday morning until Saturday evening) people visit dozens of houses, tours and discussions: private houses, public buildings and government, worship houses and unique gardens, and all – for free!
The purpose of the event is to shed light on the built environment and encourage civic engagement issue that affects all of us.
Events are held in tel aviv homes thanks to architects, developers, homeowners, managers and institutions that see architecture not only as professionals but also social mission and contribute their time and energy for the occasion.
The inspiration for these events inside Israel are taken from the Open House NY and from Open House London.
