although the weather this weekend is cold and rainy, there are a lot of fun options to get you out of the house, ( chocolate festival, french culinary week, Tallinn music Festival and special event for Friday the 13th) so here are Tel aviv events this weekend and during the week. happy valentines day!

Chocolate festival 2015
The Chocolate Festival will offer a variety of activities, such as Exhibition of artistic images made of chocolate, stalls, chocolate workshops, lectures, chocolate Gadgets, unique Belgian gourmet chocolate, valentines celebrations and a lot of surprises for the children. so if you are a chocolate fan, you don’t want to miss it. when: Thu 12/2 6-11 pm |  Fri 13/2 10-3pm |  Sat 14/2 10-10pm

Admission fee: single ticket – 15 NIS, family ticket (5 people) – 65 NIS

“So french so good” – french culinary week
French culinary week in Israel is back for its third time. The event is initiate by the French Embassy, French Institute in Israel, Department of Economic and Business embassy in France. Twenty-one famous French chefs, some have Michelin stars, come to Israel to cooperate with leading israeli chefs. The event will held in Tel Aviv restaurants by the sea: Mesa, Hotel Montefiore, Dalal – bakery, Dalal, wine bar Z’az’o Vino, Poppy, Chloelys, Olive Leaf and Shilo. French chefs will also guide gastronomic cooking master classes on Thursday 19.2 at the Sheraton hotel Tel Aviv. in tel aviv Port will held a French gourmet market (February 18-19) and “Mega” supermarket will offer a selection of quality imported France products.

Tallinn festival 2015
Tallinn Tel Aviv Festival will take place for the second year. The festival is a collaboration of Estonian-Israeli featuring a variety of classical music concerts, jazz, rock and baroque.
the Festival serves as a continuation of the “mustonen Fest”-
a world-renowned festival held for 25 years in Tallinn,
the capital of Estonia.
when: February 19-28

Friday the 13th – fear & horror event
Especially for Friday the 13th, known as The scariest day of the year, Beit Ariela culture centre will offer a night you won’t forget. horror movies (such as psycho, The birds, Rosemary’s Baby and more) reading scary stories in the dark (Edgar Allan Poe’s books) and games in the different spaces of the library.
when: Fri 13/2 from 8pm
