There are a few concert venues in Tel Aviv that regularly host the best Israeli – and some international – artists. Barby, on 52 Kibbutz Galuyot St. (קיבוץ גלויות) is probably the best known one, closely followed by mainstream Zappa, on 24 Wallenberg St. (ולנברג), and indie Ozen Bar, right across the street from Dizengoff Centre on 48 King George St. (קינג ג’ורג’) and Levontin 7, surprisingly enough on hip Levontin St. (לבונטין).
Unfortunately, they don’t always post information about upcoming concerts in English, but you can always call and see what’s going on, randomly show up (could work for Ozen and Levontin, less so for Barby and Zappa) – or ask us about specific dates on concerts through the Ask a Local app.
