Tel Aviv is known as “the city that never sleeps”, which is arguably true. However, there is one night when Tel Aviv truly doesn’t sleep – “White Night”. Events start as early as 4pm, with street performances at HaTikva Market (שוק התקווה) in south Tel Aviv, and go on till the early morning.

Rabin Square will have a silent party, with music played on earphones handed out to reveleres, Ozen Bar on 48 King George St. (קינג ג’ורג’) will have a 90’s party starting at 10pm, Teder will have concerts throughout the night, as well as Levontin 7 (לבונטין).

Other than that, just walk around the main streets – Rothschild Blvd., Ibn Gabirol, Dizengoff, and the area of Jaffa’s flea market, and you’ll find plenty of things to do.

“Akhoti” on 70 Matalon St. (מטלון) will hold an alternative event – “Black Night”, celebrating Mizrahi culture, music and literature.

>> Tel Aviv is known for its vibrant night life – but in no way does it end there. With dozens of art galleries, concerts, theatre, dance and opera shows, and countless other activities, you can be sure to find just what you are looking for. >> Feel free to ask us more specific questions via the Ask a Local app.
